Clause 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 77vet platform you must be at least 21 years of age. By registering you warrant that you are 21 or older. 77vet operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Registering multiple accounts for any reason — including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited without notice. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. 77vet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Clause 2

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77vet account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 77vet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 77vet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials. You must not share your account with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to use your account or make deposits or withdrawals on your behalf.

Clause 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

77vet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, USDT, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be refused and returned where possible. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be delayed until identity verification is completed. 77vet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Clause 4

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 77vet are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless stated otherwise. 77vet reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Attempting to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, abuse of multiple accounts, or other methods designed to circumvent wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

Clause 5

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77vet platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances: (a) using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform; (b) colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage; (c) exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions — any winnings accrued through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid; (d) money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity; (e) providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification; (f) any form of fraud, chargebacks, or deliberate misuse of payment methods.

Clause 6

Identity Verification (KYC)

77vet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud and money laundering. All players may be required to complete identity verification before making withdrawals or at any point during their use of the platform. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport. 77vet may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Players who refuse to provide required verification documents will have their withdrawal requests placed on hold and their account access may be restricted pending resolution.

Clause 7

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

77vet is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools accessible from every player's account dashboard. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion period through their account settings. During a self-exclusion period the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or bonus claims will be accepted. 77vet will not send promotional communications to a player who has activated self-exclusion. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during their exclusion period. The platform is for players aged 21 and above only. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.

Clause 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77vet platform — including but not limited to the 77vet brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of 77vet or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from 77vet. Unauthorised use of 77vet intellectual property may result in legal action.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77vet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, server interruptions, game malfunctions, payment processing delays, or errors in game outcomes that have been rectified. 77vet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may cause temporary interruptions to service. 77vet will not compensate players for losses suffered as a result of such interruptions.

Clause 10

Privacy and Data Protection

77vet collects and processes personal data as described in the 77vet Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 77vet uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

Clause 11

Termination and Suspension

77vet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to cases where a player has breached these terms, has provided false information, is suspected of fraud or collusion, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or the platform. In cases of account closure for breach of terms, balances may be forfeited. In cases of account closure for other reasons, legitimate balances will be returned to the player via the payment method on file following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Clause 12

Amendments to These Terms

77vet may update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 77vet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details held on their account. The most current version of these terms will always be available at 77vet.org/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after any change to these terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account.
